Initial consult
60 Minutes - $110
During the initial consult, we will review your food and nutrition, lifestyle, medical and health history, and discuss goals, specific nutritional questions and concerns.
FOLLOW-UP VISITS
30 minutes - $45
60 minutes - $90
During follow-up sessions we will assess progress towards goals, including successes and challenges and make any needed adjustments to further help you reach your goals.

I’ve always had a strong passion for understanding food and nutrition and the role they play in one’s overall health and wellbeing. Food touches every aspect of our lives; physically, mentally, and emotionally, making our relationship with food and body important. We all face many day-to-day obstacles that make living our healthiest self a challenging endeavor. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I work with clients to find practical, long-term solutions to the questions and challenges they’re experiencing. Together, we will create a customized plan that meets your lifestyle and leads you to success in achieving your goals. Good nutrition, fitness, mindset, sleep, and stress management are all areas that we will explore.
I received my Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition and Physiology from the University of Utah. With a diverse clinical background, I work with clients on a variety of nutrition topics as well as providing medical nutrition therapy to those that are managing chronic health conditions and diseases. Nutrition topics vary and include areas such as weight management, performance, improving one’s relationship with food, healthy eating, and meal planning. Additionally, I work with those that struggle with eating disorders, chronic dieting, emotional and/or stress eating, and body image.
